Guidelines for the communicationsOral communications Speakers have 20 minutes to present their scientific work: 15 min for talk + 5 min for questions. This could change slighly according to the attendance (up to 20 min for the talk and 5 to 10 min for the questions). Oral presentations will be done via Power Point or PDF files. They have to be sent by e-mail at least the day before your presentation day.
Posters Posters should be made in A0 format (84 x 119 cm) presented in portrait format, or something approaching. |
